All estimates and quotes provided are approximations based on visual inspection and the information provided to us. Final costs may vary based on:

- Customer-requested modifications to the scope of work
Any significant changes to the quoted price will be communicated to the customer before proceeding with additional work.
Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be specified in your service contract
- We may require a deposit before beginning work
- Final payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may be subject to finance charges
- We accept various payment methods as specified in your contract
Warranties
Our warranty coverage includes:
- Workmanship warranty on our installation and repair services

- Warranties do not cover damage from natural disasters, accidents, or improper maintenance
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee
- Deposits for scheduled work may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered
- Weather-related delays are beyond our control and do not constitute a breach of contract
Property Access and Safety
Customers agree to:
- Provide safe access to the work area
- Remove or protect valuable items near the work area
- Keep children and pets away from the work area
- Inform us of any hazardous conditions on the property
- Ensure our crew has necessary access to power and water if required
Insurance and Liability
- Ever Peak Roofing maintains liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage
- We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, driveways, or other property unless caused by our negligence
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their property is adequately insured
- We will assist with insurance claims for covered damage when requested
Permits and Compliance
- We will obtain necessary permits for roofing work when required by local codes
- All work will be performed in compliance with applicable building codes
- Customers are responsible for disclosing HOA requirements or restrictions
- Permit costs may be included in the quoted price or billed separately

User Conduct
